This class is held every Friday morning at Fitness HQ for Women. Breath-lead, slow flow movement to nourish the body and soul. Accessible for beginners. 

YOGA COVER

Are you a yoga teacher or a gym manager who periodically needs a relief teacher for your yoga classes? I have experience covering classes in yoga studios, gyms, PT clinics, and community centres. My style range includes gentle yoga, slow flow, and vinyasa. I've also taught pregnancy yoga, kids yoga, teen yoga, and "yogalates." I'm accustomed to adjusting the tone and intensity for different groups. Please contact me for details.
