Give yourself a midday refresh. Yoga Break was designed with the busy person in mind. Between work, family and commuting, it can be challenging to find time for your physical & mental wellbeing. At 30 minutes long, and located near the Albany/Rosedale business district, this class fits conveniently in your lunch break. The Moa Room at Meadowood Hall is spacious, filled with natural light, and overlooks a reserve. Parking & restrooms on site. Yoga mats available, or bring your own.
